Flowchart Poster Display

Well, I thought I'd show you my set up for the poster I made last week. Nothing too surprising here, but I do love the look!

Fills up a good amount of the end cap, and I left half of the space open for book displays and also a bookmark booklist with the call numbers of all the books in our library.

So there you have it! Inspiration to print and hang your own! The file can be found on the original post from last week

  1. Loved the poster! I would include Ungifted in the Class Clown category though (just because it made me laugh so much :-). Question: did you post your bookmark booklist somewhere as well?

    1. I haven't heard of Ungifted--I'll have to look it up! Thanks for sharing! And I did not actually post the file for the bookmark booklist, simply because it had my library's specific call numbers (which I didn't think would be as useful for other people). The list of all the books and authors can be copied & pasted from the original post: http://www.literaryhoots.com/2015/08/flowchart-what-books-to-give-middle.html

  2. I love this poster and would love to use it in my own library and on my website. Two questions...where and how did you have it printed and do you have a "living" version that could be easily modified every so often as new books came out? I think the visual aspect is absolutely perfect for kids who never know what to read! Do you have a problem with me posting on my own library website with proper citation to you?

    1. Thanks! Feel free to use, just so long as "LiteraryHoots.com" is cited, as you said! And, as for the two answers: I actually had it printed professionally (our library had a contracted printer for that sort of thing) but it is sized to print on 5 letter-sized pages, if you want to print from home and don't mind seams :) And second, a living version...I have the original file that I made on publisher and, in theory, you could switch out covers pretty easily. Email me if you're interested! (emily@literaryhoots.com)
